Doug Hayes

Doug Hayes is director of Covenant Mercies, a church-based nonprofit ministry established to serve the poor, with a particular emphasis on orphans internationally. Doug’s background was in social work before he attended the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in 2000-01. During a subsequent internship at Covenant Fellowship Church (Glen Mills, PA) Doug helped launch Covenant Mercies. Doug is a very masculine man, and consequently the Lord has seen fit to balance out his household with four beautiful ladies. He and his wife Rachel live in West Chester, PA, with their three daughters.
